ビートルズがiTunesに登場！楽曲のダウンロード販売開始

Apple CorpsとEMIとAppleは、音楽史上最も影響をおよぼし愛されたロックバンド、ビートルズの楽曲をiTunesで配信開始すると発表した。

発売となるのはリマスター版スタジオアルバム13枚のほか1973年にリリースされた「The Beatles 1962-1966（The Red Album）」「The Beatles 1967-1970（The Blue Album）」、「Past Masters, Vols. 1&2」。またiTunes限定の「Live at the Washington Coliseum,1964」コンサートフィルムが収められた「The Beatles Box Set」も用意されている。価格はThe Beatles Box Setが2万3000円、Past Masters, Vols. 1&2とThe Beatles 1962-1966（The Red Album）とThe Beatles 1967-1970（The Blue Album）とThe Beatles（White Album）が3000円、そのほかのアルバムが2000円。1曲からの購入も可能で、200円で販売される。
